To ensure providing excellent service to all of our clients; The following policy applies to every party reservation with no exception

• Once a package is reserved, CANNOT be downgraded/cancelled. Client will be charged full amount if doesn’t show up on the reserved day.
• Minimum 2 weeks Advance notice to upgrade a party package.
• Minimum 3 weeks’ notice (email) in advance to reschedule your party package reservation.
• Food and drinks allowed in party room only.
• Outside food and drink allowed: Please try to bring finger foods and dry snack items.
• Family is welcomed to bring a Cake or cupcakes for a reserved private party package.
• Please pre-order extra pizzas through Escapeout during reservation with extra cost.
• No glass containers inside building.
• No rough play allowed inside the rooms.
• Instructions provided by host at beginning of the game must be followed strictly. Breaking the rules and applying force which will damage props and furniture in property will be charged.
• For Birthday parties, must be signed and brought to the front desk by Parent or Guardian before entering the escape room.
• For additional water; you can order from Escapeout.
• We welcome children between ages 10 and 15 with a paying adult, age 18+. Older children age 15 and above may be in the room by themselves by supervising adult in lobby.
