To ensure excellent service for all of our clients the following policy applies to
every party reservation with no exception

• Once a package is reserved, it CANNOT be downgraded or canceled. The client
  will be charged the full amount if they don’t show up on the reserved day.
• Minimum 2 weeks advance notice is required to upgrade a party package.
• Minimum 3 weeks advance notice by email is required to reschedule your party
  package reservation.
• Food and drinks are allowed in the party area only, not in the escape rooms.
• We do not have heating or cooling elements available for food. If you bring food,
  please bring finger foods or snack items.
• You are welcome to bring cake or cupcakes in addition to your party package.
• Please pre-order extra pizzas through EscapeOut when placing your reservation.
  This will incur an extra cost.
• No glass containers are permitted inside the building.
• No roughhousing is allowed inside the rooms.
• The instructions provided by the host at the beginning of the game must be
  followed strictly. Breaking the rules and applying force which will damage props
  and furniture in property will result in an extra charge for damages.
• We have water available for all patrons.
• We welcome children between the ages 10 to 15 with a paying adult who is 18
  years old and above. Children aged 15 and above may be in the room by
  themselves.
